- How many issues are you going to publish?
Now we aim to publish 1-2 issues per year.
- Can I subscribe to the zine for one year?
The subscription service will be available soon, bear with us we’re on it! :)
- Do you have a fundraising page?
No, we don’t. Market Cafe Magazine is totally self-funded as we don’t like to ask money upfront. The best way to support us is buying the zine! :)
- Do you donate to charity?
Yes, we (proudly) do! For each copy sold through our website in 2017, we donated 50p to a UK-based cancer support charity.
- Do you have a Studio?
Ehm, we don’t (yet). Market Cafe Magazine is an independent project made by information designers Tiziana Alocci and Piero Zagami. If you want to know more about us, check our websites! And if you want to talk to us about a project or collaboration, get in touch.
- Where are you based?
Market Cafe Magazine, as well as its founders, is based in London, UK.
- Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide!
- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It depends on the destination. See below:
UK shipment: it takes up to three working days. Market Cafe Magazine is shipped to the UK via Royal Mail Signed for® 2nd Class.
Overseas shipment: it takes up to three-five working days depending on destination but please, allow up to 3 working weeks. International shipments are via Royal Mail International. Unfortunately, this method is not tracked.
- Are shipping costs included in the price of the zine?
No, shipping costs are not included in the price of the zine.
- How do I know when my item is being shipped?
Once your order is processed, we'll send you an email to inform you that the zine is being shipped.
- Do you accept returns, refunds or exchanges?
No returns, refunds or exchanges accepted, sorry. We are not responsible if the item gets lost. Although we hope this never happens, do let us know if you have any problem! :)
