SHIPPING DETAILS
We ship orders worldwide every Wednesday via Royal Mail, and should be delivered within 3-5 days for domestic shipping and 5-7 days for international shippings, depending on location. Send us a message if you'd like tracking info (UK only). All orders are shipped in a rigid cardboard envelope and include two stickers and a thank you note.

Is it for a present? Add a note to your order and we will ship it in a plain packaging! Please note that some time an order may take up to four weeks to arrive.

We charge standard shipping fees for each orders as following:

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
All sales are final and we do not offer exchanges. If a package arrived damaged (oh no!), please send us an email within 2 days including a photo of the damaged package.


PAYMENTS
Your privacy matters to us. Our shop – powered by Big Cartel – has SSL, which adds a layer of security when you enter your information at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, which is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provided: this is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry (source Stripe.com December 2018).
